As part of SAMKO, their annual conference, ClickSoftware asked The Fold to create an identity for this years event held in Tel Aviv. Themed around customer service we created a strong identity for use across all media.
SAMKO 2015 was the first year where an external creative agency was used to create the identity. We created a logo for the event based around the central theme of putting customers first, we also developed a set of key icons to reinforce the key messages for the event.
Our involvement also included working on deliverables such as edml, conference agenda, an app and the event presentation which worked as the central narrative for SAMKO, linking speakers and themes throughout the event.
