Yale set The Fold the challenge of creating a multi-channel campaign for their latest product innovation, the Conexis L1 smart door lock. A product which puts consumers in control of their home security via a smartphone app.

The Fold were integral from start to finish; involved in honing the proposition with Yale, identifying audiences and a strategy to reach them through to testing and implementation. The campaign included a TV commercial, targeted print and digital advertising, viral videos and social media.

The campaign performed well culminating in:

  • 50% uplift in sales
  • Website traffic up 111%
  • 55% of UK population viewing TV advert
