We helped our client Amdocs to demonstrate their capabilities in technological evolution to the crowded and competitive financial services market, in a series of industry specific newsletters.
THE CHALLENGE
Amdocs has been a trusted leader in operational and business transformation for over forty years, with a strong reputation and brand presence across multiple industries. While traditionally more recognized in sectors such as telecommunications, Amdocs is now forging a stronger presence in the financial services industry. The company is actively demonstrating its deep capabilities and highlighting proven project expertise, delivering innovative solutions and transformation potential to financial institutions navigating evolving customer expectations and competitive pressures.
The challenge then, became to not only educate the market about Amdocs’ capabilities and potential for partnership, but to showcase the depth and breadth of their experience and knowledge of the financial services ecosystem—and therefore building trust.
The Big Idea
We hit on the idea of presenting Amdocs as a trusted guide to the ever-changing and complex world of fintech, using the newsletter as the embodiment of that friendly, informative approach. We decided to call the newsletter series “fINtech”—short for Fintech Insider—positioning the newsletter series as both informal and authoritative in the same word.
The design of the newsletter unfolded from there, leading with industry news and views from experts outside of Amdocs, before discussing the expertise and knowledge that came from inside the business. This content structure was supported with layouts and visuals that were fresh, open, and friendly.




THE RESULT
This bi-monthly newsletter was extremely well received, both internally and with the target audience. Open rates and subscriber numbers increased issue-on-issue, as more and more clients turned to it as a source of news and insight. Internally, other departments are exploring the potential of adapting our approach for their markets.
