Digital payment solutions are intangible by nature, and from a marketing perspective, it can be hard to conceptualise the benefits these solutions can bring to end customers. Add that to the additional need to convey why G+D is the provider of choice for these solutions, and you get a very dense, complex campaign message that can be hard for an audience to unpack.


Everyday payment made easy. A high-gloss, curated day-in-the-life that demonstrates how G+D’s suite of digital payments solutions can make one customer’s payment journey faster, more secure, and more convenient at every step—from onboarding to activation and first use of their banking services.


We began with a video shoot at a home in southeast England, following one character through the steps of onboarding, activation, and digital payments. In addition to telling the overall story, we produced various segments that could be updated in post-production with new digital technologies as they are released, making the piece longer-lasting and evergreen as digital technology changes quickly.

This motion piece became the backbone of a suite of internal and external assets. We created a thought leadership whitepaper, sales enablement assets, web content, social media assets and marketing collateral, all to provide a consistent campaign “feel” for digital payment communications.


This piece has become integral to how G+D communicates its overall proposition, and excerpts have been used across their entire digital and physical estate. We look forward to supporting G+D in adapting and updating this central asset as its product suite evolves.
